The Echoridge Knights are an order of dragon riders based in Echoridge. They are renowned across the fragments as elite mercenaries, guardians, and occasionally conquerors. Their services are available to anyone who can afford them — and reach the Perch to negotiate.

Reputation

• Elite. A single Echoridge Knight and their dragon can turn the tide of a battle. A squad of them can end a war.
• Unreachable. Echoridge is only accessible by flight. You don’t visit the Echoridge Knights. You send word and hope they answer.

Leadership

Echoridge is ruled by Lazziar Venfiel, known as the Umbraslayer — said to have slain the great wyrm Kais during the Fracturing. Lazziar is the only monarch Echoridge has ever known.
